Who we are

A professional training and program delivery firm

AAHE is built around the single question every funder and contracting officer is really asking: can this organization execute? Agencies, primes, and corporations do not need another vendor with a course catalog. They need a partner who can scope a program against a statement of work, build curriculum for the specific population being served, put a qualified trainer in the room, manage the schedule and the deliverables, and report performance in a form the funder can defend.

That is the work AAHE does. Programs are designed to the requirement, delivered by practitioners, and managed with the discipline of a program office. The firm is led by Alyssa A. Hogan, MBA, whose career spans more than twenty years across business management, consulting, program management, workforce development, professional training, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership.

Services

Six service areas, delivered independently or combined into a single multi-component program

Six service areas carry the work: workforce development; leadership and professional development; digital literacy, cybersecurity and AI readiness; project and program management; management consulting and organizational development; and executive coaching. Entrepreneurship and small business technical assistance sits alongside them. Each area is scoped to the requirement, delivered by practitioners, and reported in a form the funder can defend, whether it is engaged on its own or combined into a single multi-component program.
